Together we will cover the full spectrum of birthing, from physical and emotional preparation to practicing self-hypnosis and breathing techniques. Learn how to trust your body and create an environment of peace and calm as you welcome your baby into the world.

Course Overview
The course is divided in 5 weekly sessions, each lasting 2.5 hours. Over the weeks, I will guide you using several tools:
- Relaxation and Self-Hypnosis: Master relaxation techniques and self-hypnosis to maintain calm and control during birth ;
- ⁠Breathing Techniques: Learn and practice breathing methods that are crucial to navigate each phase of labor ;
- ⁠Positive Affirmations and Visualizations: Engage in positive thinking and visualization exercises to prepare mentally for a positive birthing experience ;
- ⁠Fear Release Session: Address and eliminate common fears associated with childbirth, empowering yourself to approach birth with confidence ;
- ⁠Understanding the Birthing Body: Educational insights about the physiological process of birth, helping you trust in your body’s natural ability ;
- ⁠Engagement of Birth Companion: Practical tips and techniques for your birth companion, ensuring they are an integral part of the birthing process.

This course is designed for expectant parents who are seeking personalized support and flexibility in their childbirth preparation journey.
Whether you're in the early stages of pregnancy or nearing the 30th week, you're welcome to join at any point. If you're past the 30th week, don't hesitate to reach out, and I can customize a schedule that works for you.
